Great tour!! Our guide (Nikolai) and driver (Omar) took us to a great location for viewing the northern lights. We had a crisp and clear night sky, Nikolai took some great photos that he shared. Omar looked after our group with hot drinks and snacks around the fire. They pushed the pick up time out an hour because of later sunset. Beautiful Scenery We were very fortunate to have been able to book this tour last minute as our original tour operator cancelled their tour the evening before we were supposed to travel! Our tour guide, Kirstin, was great! She shared a lot of information about the places we drove through and even played some of the local music for us to further our appreciation of the area. We stopped at some beautiful spots and had plenty of time to explore and take photos. Kirstin also took pictures, which she shared with us a couple of days later - a nice way to get some family photos! They provided delicious sandwiches for lunch along with some hot chocolate and cookies. We must also mention that the driver, Yuri, did an amazing job finding a parking spot for the bus so that we could stop and admire the snowy valley on the way back to town - all of the parking areas were full as it was a good day for back country skiing so we felt very lucky that Yuri was able to find a place for us to stop.

Tolle Tour bei strahlendem Sonnenschein! Es hat alles super geklappt: Pünktliche Abfahrt direkt vom Hotel, eine sehr gute Reisebegleitung mit vielen interessanten Infos durch Kirstin, auch auf deutsch;-). Alle Haltepunkte waren gut gewählt und wurden mit den Reisenden abgestimmt. Besonders die Insel Sommaroy mit ihren Stränden war faszinierend. Hier gab es auch einen kleinen Snack. Good experience with Hello Tromso I had a very good time on this tour. The guide Andrea explained so nice the kpi of the aurora and Nikolai was funny and took very nice pictures to all in the group. Jamie was such a good driver in that bad weather.

Panorami meravigliosi e ottimo intrattenimento Una bellissima escursione ad un prezzo più che ragionevole, soprattutto considerando il costo molto elevato delle attività a Tromsø. Kirstin è stata una guida fantastica, ha scattato belle foto (scaricabili dal sito dell’agenzia) e nei tragitti in pullman ha fornito un sacco di informazioni interessanti. Amazing northern lights chase that was so worthwhile due to great tour guides. Wow! Beyond expectation. Our guides found spectacular northern lights when other tours the same night did not. Despite rain and cloud in Tromso our guides located clear skies and were prepared to travel to ensure we had the best opportunity. Kirstin and Nicolai were friendly, thoughtful and very knowledgeable - giving great commentary on the journey, arranging photos and campfire refreshments at the location. An amazing experience and well worth it. So pleased I chose this tour rather than others.
